Throughout November 2020, as many as 355 locations in West Jakarta have been sprayed with disinfectants, the West Jakarta Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency said.

"It is conducted to anticipate the spread of COVID-19 transmission," expressed West Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Fire Operation Division Head, Eko Sumarno, Tuesday (12/8).

Those 355 locations were consisting of 15 schools,53 neighborhood roads, 47 mosques or musala, 6 churches and monasteries, 215 offices, 19 public facilities such as markets, RPTRAs, parks, bus stops and pedestrian bridges (JOP).

"To do it, we have involved 1,237 firefighters and 418 fire engines," he stated.
